Home to two beach-loving retirees, we were set with the task of transforming this outdated 3 bed 2 bath house, into a downsized 'forever home'.

Introducing our converted shearing shed in Mullalyup - we renovated this shed from the ground up, turning it into a gorgeous 3x2 family home.
Curtin Avenue, Cottesloe
This was a full renovation on Curtin Ave, Cottesloe was commissioned and completed in just 8 weeks- turning an early 90s home into a vibrant living space filled with light and bespoke design to well and truly to meet the new owners requirements and future needs.

Ginnie worked closely with the owner to design a gorgeous new home for this young family in Dalkeith making the most of the space in this rear duplex, this property was almost unrecognisable after the transformation.
Renovating To Sell
The brief from the owners of this Hillary’s property was to update the wet areas of their home to maximise their return with plans to sell. Dean was able to deliver the best of outcomes too, as the home realised far more than expected when it was sold.
