Floreat Family
This lovely family home was dark and dated with the owner’s having waited a long time to complete the renovation.
They bravely took the plunge to render all of the dark face brick in the kitchen and adjoining family room and wisely found a local apartment available for rent during the renovation so that we could turn the renovation around in just six weeks.
The kitchen was carefully planned with the owners who knew exactly what they wanted to achieve! A wow factor was ordered along with a request to reorganise the space and open it up.
The wall between the two spaces was removed with a small breakfast bar and additional bench depth added for the cook!

The fridge was relocated to create a spacious new kitchen area which with some careful planning gave us the space to add additional cabinetry along an adjacent wall which would double up as a serving buffet during large family gatherings.
A new wine fridge completing the space with room in the cabinets above for all of their entertaining needs.
