Do You Need More Space?
This two-bedroom apartment in Cottesloe was dated and claustrophobic. With a fantastic location and in the heart of a close-knit community the owner did not want to move.

A well organised space for beloved grand-children to come to stay was a must. The old kitchen return was removed to open up the space and create a large Island that doubled up as a dining space. Behind this an office nook and more storage with gas lift door.

The old glass blocks were removed but light was still needed in the hallway behind so a custom graphic reflecting the beach theme was designed to give privacy when the recess was glazed. The effect at night was stunning.

Easy to clean and soft underfoot. Commercial grade vinyl planking was installed throughut the living areas, creating a clean flowing feel.

The bathroom was cluttered because there was no built in storage.

The bathroom was re-fitted to create enough space for the washing machine.

A wardrobe with sliding doors and mirrors made the master look much larger. The light airy beach theme with the use of soft colours added a feeling of space.
